How To Make The Best Of Your Reading? 

The best way to make the most of your time during a session is to make a list beforehand because the time will go faster than you think. Meditate and identify your concerns, make a list from your highest self what you need for yourself in order of importance. 

Do I Need To Know The Name Of my ANcestors?

It would be helpful if you did, but you do not need to know all the names or stories of your ancestors because they live inside of you. But for the work I do, I work with the sacred and most ancient ancestors who, far beyond our years, walked this earth many thousands of years ago. Just be open to remembering. 

What Is The Best Way To Prepare For Reading?

On the day of your session, drink plenty of water, and move your body as much as you can the day of your session. Go for a walk or do some modifications. If you are physically disabled, modify your stretches to suit your disabilities, and that’s OK. Perfection isn’t the objective; the point is to comfortably loosen up my body to keep energy flowing. 

How Should I Prepare My HOme?

I suggest cleaning your home up, keeping a tidy space, and doing a smoke cleaning of your area with herbs, not sage but bundle until it’s smoking in a fire-safe ceramic bowl, and walk around the space with it, making sure the smoke reaches every corner of every room. Then open the window and doors to let the smoke release. 

what Should I wear DURING THE Session?

 I tell people to dress comfortably in light, and bright clothing, preferably white or have your head covered but Honestly, whatever makes you most comfortable 

Anything You Suggest For A Clear Connection?

I suggest lighting a white candle keeping a glass of water nearby for a clear connection to eating a light, healthy meal and relaxing.
